When your schedule is slammed our consultants will complete an IA roof inspection and deliver a detailed report to you within 48-hours.

Similar to the ladder assist service we complete IA inspections on both residential and commercial properties. Doyen consultants are trained to gather all the information needed to complete an estimate. We are acutely aware that when completing independent inspections we are acting as a representative of the carrier and ultimately the adjuster. You can count on our scheduling department to set an appointment at the earliest convenience of the policy holder and/or contractor. Recognizing how important punctuality and communication with each policy holder is, our consultants will confirm appointments and show-up on time.

Each of our consultants is highly trained to exhibit professionalism (both with the policy holder and contractor). Our consultant will explain findings (per HAAG guidelines) to the policy holder while stressing that we do not make any judgment calls where coverage is concerned. Upon completion of the assignment we will compile a report complete with accurate diagram and measurements, clear photographs, written scope of loss, and invoice for services rendered. All of our consultants are experienced and able to utilize rope-and-harness and 40-ft ladders or boom lifts when needed.
